Arima Onsen - Gin no Yu
Visitors to Gin no Yu hot spring can soak in a transparent blend of carbonated and radium spring water, which is known as Ginsen (silver spring), in contrast to the reddish brown Kinsen (golden spring) which also wells up in the vicinity. Gin no Yu is especially popular among women for its skin-smoothing properties. The area is surrounded by temples and shrines and is the perfect way to enjoy a quintessentially Japanese hot spring atmosphere.
