This garden was created by Sekishu Katagiri, who learned the tea ceremony from Sosen Kuwayama, a descendant of Sen no Rikyu, and was known as a superior tea master in the Edo period. In this special plan, you can listen to a talk from the resident priest while taking in a view of the garden, and enjoy matcha and sweets at Shinsho-in.
