Standing at the entrance of Kamikatsu and welcoming visitors with its unique brown-tinged dark red color building is the RISE & WIN BREWING CO.BBQ & GENERAL STORE. Here you can enjoy not only original craft beer and a BBQ prepared using local ingredients (or choose from the Lunch Menu), but if you take careful notice, you'll see that the building is made from scrap wood, each containing a piece of Kamikatsu's story. Through interactions with the cheerful local staff, you will be able to learn about the reality of people's life in Kamikatsu. Once you've satisfied your stomach, the tour visits the zero waste producing craft beer brewery, which was once a lumber mill. At the eye-catching indigo blue colored brewery, you will be able to learn how Kamikatsu's craft beer is made while producing zero-waste.
