Taught by a professional chef who trained in Sanuki, the home of udon! Learn from a professional chef who trained in Sanuki! Try your hand at making genuine Sanuki udon. Experience the whole process: mixing the flour, kneading the dough, and cutting it into strips to make udon noodles. You will make plenty of udon for a really satisfying experience. You can try the udon you have made straight away! Plus you can take three servings as a souvenir for you to enjoy at home. The instructor is Chef Koji Shobayashi, owner of udon bar Sanuki Tei.
