Enjoy learning all about sake in Tango with a sake master!
Home of the birthplace of rice cultivation (Tsuki no Waden) and documented as being where sake brewing was introduced to Ise Shrine, the Tango region is still a thriving sake brewing area today. Sake master Toyohiro Furuta, an enthusiastic ambassador for Tango sake, will tell you everything you need to know about sake and the joys of Tango sake, at a former sake brewery which has been designated as a national important cultural property. Choose from the full-length 180-minute lecture or the 80-minute version. Taste sake pairings complemented by umami flavors with a nine-square bento box created by Mr Furuta. You're sure to have a great knowledge of sake after this experience!
