Make your own Maizuru Kamaboko (minced and steamed fish) at the Maizuru Kamaboko Workshop, the first such facility in Maizuru. Maizuru Kamaboko is made with the highest-quality minced fish mashed into a paste. Its popular tender texture is the result of a unique double-steaming process. Along with piping hot hiraten kamaboko tempura and freshly cooked chikuwa fish paste, participants can try making their own Maizuru dish by hand.
